This Graphic Target Imaging detector is the top of the line in the Garrett series with a significant amount of easy-to-use features that make it a well-rounded, multi-purpose metal detector. But what exactly is this imaging Garrett boasts of? It’s the technology that lets your detector measure the size of the treasure you’ve swept it across and report that information to you. TreasureVision Technology: On one easy-to-read LCD screen you can see Garrett’s patented GTI (Graphic Target Imaging) and DSP (Digital Signal Processor)-based technologies to show you modes, settings and complete target ID information.
See Your Target’s Depth: True Depth Technology is uniquely Garrett’s. The GTI 2500’s LCD display screen shows your target’s depth, regardless of its size.
All-Metal Mode: Garrett’s “Non-Motion Deepseeking All-Metal Mode” enables you to hover over a target with continuous audio response. You’ll hear a “rise and fall” sound as TreasureVision displays your target’s depth.
See Your Target’s Size: The LCD screen of your 2500 not only shows your target’s depth, but it’s size as well! The Garrett “True Size Imaging” gives target sizes ranging from A (smaller than a coin) to E (larger than a soda can). This is as good as it gets!
Easy-To-Read Visual Target ID: This additional mode on your LCD screen completely eliminates any doubt you might have before digging for a target. With either “Target Reject” or “Single Target Accept” screens you can decide if a specific target you’ve found is what you’re looking for before your trowel even touches the ground!

ScanTrack allows you to swing the searchcoil over any terrain at your preferred pace.
